If using wine instead of bouillon cube, add it at this point. 4) Pour mixture back into the saucepan and heat over low heat until just warm. Do not let it come to a boil. 5) Dissolve gelatin powder in vermouth or wine in a small bowl then pour into saucepan and stir until well combined. 6) Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish or other container large enough to hold liquid without too much overflow Transfer to fridge to chill completely (at least 3 hours). 7) To serve, cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy with a simple salad or roasted vegetables. Notes: *If you want a thicker aspic, use more gelatin powder (up to 1 oz.). If using glass container, make sure it's oven-safe so you can put it under the broiler for a few minutes at the end to brown on top
